Well, I'm a Social Worker by day and baker by night lol.  I like my job but it certainly is a thankless profession. Baking is my de-stressor. It brings me great satisfaction to create something that others will enjoy!

 

I am by no means a professional and I do not think that you have to be one to make yummy things. I use mixes from time to time and spruce things up by decorating. I feel like there are no rules in the kitchen and people should experiment and create in any way that brings them pleasure!
